Hotel & Venue AV Installation
A venue is judged in a moment: when a guest walks into reception, and when a client's presentation has to work first time in front of a full room. What usually lets a property down is not one big failure but AV added space by space over the years, never quite joined up or simple for staff to run.
We at Acoustic Pixel understand that, and it is the work we do best: as an audio visual installation company, we design, install and support hotel and venue AV as one connected system, conference and event AV, distributed audio, digital signage and guest room control, engineered so every space sounds as good as it looks and any member of staff can run it. One in-house team looks after all of it, from the first survey to long-term support, with more than 200 projects delivered across the North of England and nationally.

Design, supply, installation and support, with the acoustics considered from the very start, and nothing handed to a subcontractor.
The presentation that freezes mid-pitch.
If any of these feel familiar, you are far from alone, and every one of them is avoidable.
- A client's presentation freezes while fifty delegates sit in silence.
- Audio dead spots in the hall, so half the room strains to hear the speaker.
- Controls so complex your staff cannot turn a room around between bookings.
- Outdated signage at reception, the very first thing a guest sees.
- A system nobody can run without calling a technician.
- No clear number to call when something fails during a live event.
It starts with the room, and does not end at handover.
Audio that carries.
Because we come from acoustics, we treat the room and place loudspeakers and microphones with care, then tune the sound so a keynote, a wedding speech or a background playlist all land cleanly. It is the detail guests notice most.
One accountable team, not a chain of suppliers.
The people who design your system are the ones who install and support it. We do not subcontract your project to whoever is nearest, so nothing falls between hands and you always know who to call.
The same experience in every space.
One integrator and one standard means your staff move between rooms and sites without relearning a thing, and turnovers stay quick.
And we stay a call away.
Every install comes with a 12-month warranty as standard, one named point of contact and remote management, so when something needs attention during an event you reach the people who already know your property.

One standard, every site.
We are based in Middlesbrough and work right across the North of England, and we deliver multi-site projects nationally. For hotel groups and venue operators with sites in more than one region, we design a single venue standard and roll it out everywhere, so every space behaves the same, your staff have nothing new to learn, and you have one team and one point of contact for the whole group.
[ confirm the regional and national multi-site claim before publishing. Only Middlesbrough is a confirmed premises, and no other location is implied ]
Hotel Venues we have helped.

A genuine project, a named testimonial and real figures, with a signed release for the quote and any imagery. Nothing invented.
Frequently asked questions.
How long does installation take for a conference venue?
Timelines depend on the number of spaces and system complexity. Most multi-room conference venues are completed within 2 to 4 weeks. All work is scheduled around your booking calendar to minimise disruption.
Can we upgrade one conference room at a time?
Absolutely. Many venues start with their highest-traffic conference space and expand the system room by room as budgets allow. We design scalable infrastructure that grows with your needs.
What happens if equipment fails during a major event?
Commercial-grade equipment is built for reliability, but we also provide a 12-month warranty on our installation work in addition to product warranties. During this period, technical issues receive immediate attention. For critical events, we can discuss standby support arrangements.
How much does a hotel AV system cost?
Costs vary based on room size, display type, audio requirements and level of integration. Conference AV systems typically start from £8,000 to £15,000 per room, with building-wide audio and signage priced based on scale. A detailed proposal is provided after consultation.
Can our staff easily control the system, or do we need a technician on site?
Systems are designed for daily operation by venue staff with no technical background. Intuitive touch panels and mobile apps control all functions. We provide comprehensive training ensuring your team feels confident managing the system independently.
Can we update digital signage content ourselves?
Yes. Content management is handled through user-friendly cloud platforms accessible from any device. Your team can update menus, promotions and event information in minutes without technical assistance.
Do you provide ongoing support after the 12-month warranty period?
Yes. After the complimentary support period, we offer maintenance packages and ad-hoc support as needed. Many clients retain us for system updates, expansion projects and annual optimisations.
What areas do you cover?
We operate across the North of England and deliver hospitality projects throughout the UK. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, get in touch and we will confirm availability for your venue.
Let's start with a look at your venue.
