The engineers who design your system are the ones on site, your rack is built and tested downstairs before it reaches your building, and this is the same place that supports it for years afterwards. Can we see your work before we commit?
Yes, and we would rather you did. We will take you to a system we have installed in a real building, ideally in your sector, so you can see and hear it doing the job yours will have to do. You are also welcome at Mandale Park to see the workshop where your rack will be built. Visits are by appointment.
Can you install around our opening hours?
Yes, and we plan for it from the assessment onwards. Most work on an occupied Middlesbrough building is done out of hours or phased across several visits, to an agreed schedule, so you keep trading throughout. Racks are built and tested in our workshop before we arrive, which keeps the time we spend in your building as short as it can be.
Do you handle multi-site rollouts?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons groups choose a single integrator. We design one standard, then roll it out across every site, so each room behaves the same way, your staff have nothing to relearn, and you have one team and one point of contact for the whole estate.
