Commercial AV Installation in Newcastle

Commercial AV integrators working across Newcastle and the North East, delivering commercial AV installation and support from one in-house team just down the road.

Most businesses only think about their AV on the day it lets them down. The meeting that starts ten minutes late, the screen nobody can read from the back, the announcement the room cannot make out. Plenty of companies will sell you the hardware to fix a symptom. Far fewer will take responsibility for the whole thing, the room, the acoustics, the wiring, the control and the support, as one job. That is what a commercial AV integrator does, and it is what we are.

We at Acoustic Pixel design your system, build and test the racks in our own workshop, install around your trading hours and stand behind it afterwards, all from one in-house team that never subcontracts. Our workshop is a short run down the A19 in Middlesbrough, so the engineers who design your Newcastle system are the ones who install it and the ones who come back to it, and before you decide, we will take you to see a system like yours working in a real building.

  • Covering Newcastle and the North East
  • Racks built and tested before we arrive
  • Reference visits to live installs
  • CEDIA, THX and KNX trained engineers
  • In-house team, never subcontracted
  • 12-month warranty, 200+ projects
Our Newcastle projects

Installed across Newcastle.

We have delivered over 200 projects across the North, many of them right here in the North East, and our commercial work reaches across Newcastle and Tyneside, weighted to the city centre, the Quayside and the business parks. If one is close to what you need, we will take you to see it working.

  • Grainger Town
  • Ouseburn
  • Quayside
  • The Helix

Held rather than filled. The Lemon case study is cleared, but it is a Teesside project and running it here risks reading as a Newcastle install.

Why Acoustic Pixel

One team, accountable for the whole thing.

Aftercare that actually turns up.

A screen down before a client presentation is not a ticket in a queue. Newcastle is a short run from our workshop, so when something needs attention the engineer who installed it is the one who comes back, fast.

See it in a real building first.

Not a demo room. An actual system, in an actual business, doing the job yours will have to do. We arrange the visit.

Commercial AV integrators, never subcontracted.

Design, install and support all sit with the same in-house engineers, so nothing falls between suppliers and you always know who to call.

Accountable for the long term.

CEDIA, THX and KNX trained engineers, a 12-month warranty as standard, and a named point of contact for the life of the system.

Newcastle FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can we see your work before we commit?

Yes, and we would rather you did. We will take you to a system we have installed in a real building, ideally in your sector, so you can see and hear it doing the job yours will have to do. You are also welcome at our workshop, where your rack is built and tested before it reaches your site. Visits are by appointment.

Do you have an office in Newcastle?

No, but we are close. Our headquarters and workshop are in Middlesbrough, a short run down the A19, and we cover Newcastle and the North East as a core home-region area. Our engineers are on Newcastle sites regularly, and we meet you at the building we will be working in.

Can you install around our opening hours?

Yes, and we plan for it from the assessment onwards. Most work on an occupied Newcastle building is done out of hours or phased across several visits, to an agreed schedule, so you keep trading throughout. Racks are built and tested in our workshop before we arrive, which keeps the time we spend in your building as short as it can be.

Do you handle multi-site rollouts?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons groups choose a single integrator. We design one standard, then roll it out across every site, so each room behaves the same way, your staff have nothing to relearn, and you have one team and one point of contact for the whole estate.

Do you subcontract the installation?

No. The engineers who design your system are the ones who install it and the ones who support it afterwards. Nothing is handed to whoever is nearest, so nothing falls between suppliers and you always know who to call.

How do I get a quote for a project in Newcastle?

Start with a free AV assessment, or call us on 01642 903907. We will visit the building, understand how it is used, and set out itemised options with broad-band pricing at proposal stage, then a fixed figure once we have surveyed. No obligation.
