Commercial AV Installation in Manchester
Commercial AV integrators working across Manchester and the North West, delivering commercial AV installation and support from one in-house team.
Most businesses only think about their AV on the day it lets them down. The meeting that starts ten minutes late, the screen nobody can read from the back, the announcement the room cannot make out. Plenty of companies will sell you the hardware to fix a symptom. Far fewer will take responsibility for the whole thing, the room, the acoustics, the wiring, the control and the support, as one job. That is what a commercial AV integrator does, and it is what we are.
We at Acoustic Pixel design your system, build and test the racks in our own workshop, install around your trading hours and stand behind it afterwards, all from one in-house team that never subcontracts. The engineers who design your Manchester system are the ones who install it and the ones who come back to it, and before you decide, we will take you to see a system like yours working in a real building.

One team, accountable for the whole thing.
Aftercare that actually turns up.
A screen down before a client presentation is not a ticket in a queue. When something needs attention in Manchester, the engineer who installed it is the one who comes back, with remote monitoring in place so most issues are caught before they cost you a meeting.
See it in a real building first.
Not a demo room. An actual system, in an actual business, doing the job yours will have to do. We arrange the visit.
Commercial AV integrators, never subcontracted.
Design, install and support all sit with the same in-house engineers, so nothing falls between suppliers and you always know who to call.
Accountable for the long term.
CEDIA, THX and KNX trained engineers, a 12-month warranty as standard, and a named point of contact for the life of the system.

Working across Manchester and the North West.
We cover Manchester and the surrounding area. The engineers who design your system are the ones on site, your rack is built and tested in our own workshop before it reaches your building, and the same team supports it for years afterwards. Our headquarters and workshop are at Unit 7, Mandale Park, Cannon Street, in Middlesbrough. For multi-site clients we design one standard and roll it out across every site, wherever they are.
Manchester is about 2 hours 15 from our workshop at Mandale Park.

Frequently asked questions.
Can we see your work before we commit?
Yes, and we would rather you did. We will take you to a system we have installed in a real building, ideally in your sector, so you can see and hear it doing the job yours will have to do. You are also welcome at our workshop, where your rack is built and tested before it reaches your site. Visits are by appointment.
Do you have an office in Manchester?
No. Our headquarters and workshop are in Middlesbrough, and we cover Manchester as part of our national coverage. Our engineers travel to Manchester sites, and we meet you at the building we will be working in.
Manchester is a fair way from your base. How does that work?
Honestly, and by planning rather than by pretending otherwise. We are about two hours away, so we do not claim a van round the corner. What we do instead is design and build your racks in our workshop before we travel, install to a planned schedule out of hours or in phases, and put remote monitoring in place so most issues are seen and dealt with without anyone driving anywhere. When a site visit is genuinely needed it is the engineer who installed the system who makes it. For groups with several sites this is often an advantage rather than a compromise, because one team holds the standard across all of them.
Do you handle multi-site rollouts?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons groups choose a single integrator. We design one standard, then roll it out across every site, so each room behaves the same way, your staff have nothing to relearn, and you have one team and one point of contact for the whole estate.
Do you subcontract the installation?
No. The engineers who design your system are the ones who install it and the ones who support it afterwards. Nothing is handed to whoever is nearest, so nothing falls between suppliers and you always know who to call.
